Pre-filing IDR readiness and evidence integrity

Logic Refinery IDR-A

Logic Refinery IDR-A helps your named reviewers assemble permitted-factor evidence under 45 CFR 149.510, control deadlines and batching, and preserve a source-hashed audit trail, before anything is filed.

Core primitives

Five primitives, built to be reform-agnostic

These primitives get more valuable as the rules tighten, and they do not depend on any single reform surviving. IDR-A supports your reviewers; it does not file or decide.

01

Eligibility checklists

Checklists mapped to the eight statutory eligibility criteria, run against each dispute before anything is filed. They surface state-law and all-payer carve-outs, open-negotiation gaps, and item-eligibility problems, the triggers behind most dismissals.

02

Deadline and cooling-off tracking

Per-dispute tracking of the 5 business day eligibility review, the 30 business day open-negotiation window, the shortened 30-day cooling-off period, and the initiation window. One owner, one clock, alerts before the deadline.

03

Batching logic

Batch assembly checked against the 50 qualified-item cap and the same-payer / same-code constraints, so a batch is not split or dismissed on a technicality after the fee is spent.

04

Permitted-factor evidence templates

Evidence templates mapped to 45 CFR 149.510 that keep prohibited factors, billed charges, usual-and-customary rates, and public-payer rates, out of the submission at intake.

05

Hash-chained audit log

A source-hashed, deterministic audit trail: the same inputs produce the same package, every document is tied to a hash of its source, and a named human reviewer of record signs off.

Reform-agnostic by design

Valuable across how the rules evolve

Whether reform tightens eligibility, adjusts the QPA, or adds loser-pays pressure, disciplined pre-filing evidence and deadline control only become more important. The primitives above are the hedge.

Product boundary

What Logic Refinery IDR-A does not do

We make your team's decisions defensible. Your team makes the decisions. Against a market of contingency filers, that boundary is a trust position, not a limitation.
