The IDR Scorecard for your group
Your group's federal IDR footprint is already public. We turn it into a one-page scorecard: disputes decided, winning offers as a share of QPA, default decisions split by who defaulted, batching exposure, time to decision, and who files for you today.
Built from public CMS history only. It is not advice, and we do not make eligibility calls.
What's on it
Their numbers, not ours
Every figure is CMS-reported history for your group. We show what happened, not what you would win. There is no ineligibility rate, because the dispute-level files only include disputes that reached a payment determination.
- Disputes decided in the period (from CMS payment-determination data, not initiations).
- Winning offer as a share of QPA, as CMS reported it (history, not a target or a prediction).
- Default decisions split two ways: those the provider won (the plan did not submit an offer or pay fees) and those the plan won (the provider did not). The plan-won share is the readiness signal.
- Share of your batched disputes that ran past 50 line items.
- Median time to decision, overall and by IDR entity.
- Specialty peers for context.
- Who files your disputes today (the vendor on record, by email domain).

How it works
Matched and reviewed by a person
You request it
Tell us your group and who files your disputes. Your work-email domain is our first matching key.
We match and review by hand
Matching a group to its filings is the hard part, so a person reviews it. No wrong numbers on a page sold on defensibility.
You get it within 2 business days
A one-page NMB-format scorecard, built from your group's public CMS history, with a clear data-as-of date.
