How it runs

A co-build on your real cases

We assemble the first dossiers by hand, with AI help, while the engine is built. Your pilot cases become its test set, so the work funds the product.

No integration

We work from the exports your team already produces. Nothing to connect, no data pipeline on your side.

Shadow mode

Dossiers run alongside your process, not in front of it. Your named reviewer stays in control of every decision.

Security first

Redacted historical cases only, after a security review, handled on a Zero Trust footing.

Why now

Three changes on the calendar

The 50-line batching cap

Batched disputes whose open negotiation starts on or after November 1, 2026 are capped at 50 line items.

The IDR Gateway

The IDR Gateway will admit only U.S.-based users. CMS has not detailed how far that reaches into the prep work around a dispute, so teams with offshore staff may need new handoffs. A record of who prepared, approved, and submitted each dispute is exactly what those handoffs need.

A $15 administrative fee

With the admin fee now $15 per party, claims once too small to arbitrate may now be worth pursuing. CMS counted 394,140 disputes started in July 2026, up 24% from June.
